"The Perez company did exceptional work trimming our trees, they were very thorough and careful and did exactly what we requested. Mr. Perez is a hard worker and shaped our trees perfectly. "The estimator returned my phone call that same day and came right on time.  When the painters arrived, the head painter, Albert Jr., soon realized that the floors, being bamboo, would be an issue in terms of holding the paint.  He went to two or three paint stores to find exactly the right primer that was needed.  The team could not have been nicer and more professional.  They did a great job, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the job.  They moved furniture (including a heavy sectional sofa), and came back after the job was complete to move it back.  They were very responsive with returning phone calls-- even came back to apply a second coat of paint to the floors, and I would absolutely recommend them highly.  My thanks to the team for their excellent work!

It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost.  When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about.  He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor.  The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future.  Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future. 

I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time.  Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact.  Great recovery!
