"The estimator returned my phone call that same day and came right on time. When the painters arrived, the head painter, Albert Jr., soon realized that the floors, being bamboo, would be an issue in terms of holding the paint. He went to two or three paint stores to find exactly the right primer that was needed. The team could not have been nicer and more professional. They did a great job, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the job. They moved furniture (including a heavy sectional sofa), and came back after the job was complete to move it back. They were very responsive with returning phone calls-- even came back to apply a second coat of paint to the floors, and I would absolutely recommend them highly. My thanks to the team for their excellent work!

"It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost. When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about. He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor. The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future. Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future.
I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time. Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact. Great recovery!

"The Excel team pressure cleaned the exterior of our commercial building and parking lot in Charlotte. Photos were emailed to us of the work in progress which was great. "I do not typically take the time to review a company that I have worked with, but I really wanted other people out there to know that this is such a professional company with exceptional customer service. My husband and I recently purchased a new home in Waxhaw. After getting tired of the builders beige, we decided to start asking around for names of reputable paint companies in the area. We chose 3 companies to interview and have estimate our project. Fox Brothers was our last scheduled interview and we knew before Dan (our estimator and owner of the company) left, that this was the company we were wanting to use. He provided us our detailed estimate within 48 hours and offered to go through it with us if needed. The estimate was a bit higher than the others we received, but we decided that when it comes to our biggest investment (our home) we were willing to pay a little bit extra to ensure superior workmanship and professionalism. In addition, it was just as important to us to spend our hard earned money with a company that actually still believes in the importance of customer service. Needless to say, we are more than happy with the project and our home looks terrific. From the office staff to the crew to the project manager, we couldn't have been more pleased. We have another estimate already scheduled with Fox Brothers for the end of March for hardwood flooring installation."
