I hired Daniel to redo the kitchen in my house. There were some minor setbacks along the way, but Daniel was very communicative through the whole process and accommodating. I found his staff to be very trustworthy in my home, which is important because I work full-time. When it came time to settle up the contract, the bottom line was what I was told it would be. Without a doubt, I'd hire them again and I'll recommend them over again. I'm very happy with my remodel. Thank you, Daniel

Johnny has always been beyond amazing - I didn’t think thorough, perfectionist contractors existed, but they do! If I ever moved out of the country I’d pay Johnny Campbell - I’ll never trust anyone else with any type of home issues!

It went extremely well. Johnny is very personable, dependable, reasonable in billing for work, and we have become close friends over the 18 years that he has done work for me. He can be trusted to do a great job.

I cannot say enough good things about Bryan. We were in an emergency situation after our Thanksgiving guests decided to flush an unbelievable amount of wipes down our toilets. Ugh. Bryan answered the phone on a Sunday, scheduled us for the very next day. We have had terrible luck with plumbers in our area, Bryan is now our go to. He is honest, reliable, very reasonably priced and just a great guy. Definitely someone you feel comfortable with in your home and just letting him do his thing. What a lifesaver! Thank you Bryan!! We will see you in a few weeks for more projects

Called Brian on Tuesday morning, he came out that afternoon and fixed the problem. Reasonable priced, very informative and professional. Would hire again and recommend.

My family came home Friday night to discover that our septic tank was backing up into our showers. We called every septic tank draining company in the area and we either got voicemail (they were closed), or they didn't come out as far as my house. The earliest I could get someone to commit to was Tuesday (remember, it was a Friday night). I had already called two of the companies Angi recommended. Southeast Plumbing and Gas was the third. Even though septic draining is not normally one of the jobs that this company does, they agreed to come out and save the day for us (in the middle of the night!!). Bryan, the owner, not only drained our tank, but he also repaired and redesigned our septic line for better flow and installed a clean out valve. We are in a better position now than we were when we bought the house

I submitted a request for a quote from 3 different places. Brian called me about 5 minutes after. It was a Saturday around 7pm. I explained the problem to him and he told me he could come as soon as he finished a call he was going to. Even though it was late he still came and figured out the issue! He was very polite and respectful. Very fair pricing. I completely recommend using him for any plumbing needs

He repaired everything and even went beyond what many plumbers would do to prevent future problems. I really appreciate his great attitude and professionalism. I would highly recommend Bryan Hollis to everyone.

This was not a big job but required a cast of thousands. Among them a plumber, electrician, tile guy, a guy to cut a granite countertop in place, an HVAC ductwork guy, a painter and a drywall guy. CSI was extremely professional. When I called and left a message he returned my call. Said he'd be here Thursday afternoon at 3:00 to take an initial look. Thursday at 3:00 he was in my driveway. Spent appropriate time surveying and talking through the job, asked all the right questions. Said he'd have to get with some other folks and promised a quote on Friday of the following week. Had quote on Friday. Job started the day he said. He promised two weeks, in two weeks it was done. In an industry where punctuality is often a joke, it was refreshing. All work was done perfectly, exceeding my expectations. He had one of his subs come back and touch something up that didn't meet his standards, I hadn't even noticed the issue. Every day they thoroughly cleaned up after their work and were always very conscious of the fact that we were still living here. Final bill was exactly as discussed. I could not have been more pleased or more impressed with the quality of the work they did or with how professionally they handled their business. Will call them any time I need something done

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
