The fuse of the AC was blown after I wired one wire on my Nest Thermostat incorrectly. The available appointment was the next day, once they came they found that the fuse was blown, nobody told me how much it will cost to fix it. They replaced the fused and told me it is $140, the fuse is just like the one cars that have 24 volts, cost under a dollar. They were present 20 min max. I feel like being overcharged. Never Again!!! Just know the other AC company in Pawleys Island charges $79 to diagnose!!!

Service tech Craig Ames was the epitome of professionalism. Very friendly, had proper tools and supplies. Fantastic job by Lauren in the office also. I gave short notice for service but they responded in lightening speed. Just an all around outstanding experience. - they surpassed all expectations!! 5 stars *****
