John and Miles were careful, efficient and knowledgeable professionals. They handled electrical adjustments with precision. They replaced screws that were lost by another contractor and ensured my new wall microwave/oven was functional and aesthetically pleasing. Pricing was fair and upfront. IF you let bad reviews go through, man came out and said FRIGIDARE dishwasher had bad drain pump, for $416 they could fix it??? the pump salls for $50 to $89, i ordered one for $53 from appl parts, they charge you a criminal amount and collect the $109 for 10 min work, i have talked to 3 other Appli repairman and they said they ripped me off, they made sure that it was $109 to come out, do not use these people under no circumstance as they are NOT honest

3 months later, no change after it was “fixed” and I was told it would take 2-3 months for the seal to really take hold. My gut told me at the time that he is not telling the truth and that changing the seal would fix it. I knew the problem was more. Now, They refuse to come back to fix the problem, even though I patiently waited per their request. So, the lady I spoke with said unless I pay the HSA fee and then HSA “hires” them to complete the same job again, there is nothing they can do. I was told they would come back by the “professional” if it did not improve - that was a lie. I’m out hundreds of dollars already thanks to them, and they still refuse to do their part and actually fix the problem they were supposed to have fixed.

Was contacted by Appliance professionals reference my work order request to fix my clothes dryer. My comment is to their responsiveness is only due to the fact that they are very busy and it took a week plus to get me on the schedule. Maurice arrived early and I did receive a call notifying me that he would be at my house shortly. I apologize for arriving early but I told him there was absolutely no problem I appreciated it. he got right to work and diagnose the problem and corrected it immediately. I was very happy with the work I was very happy with his professionalism and his politeness and demeanor while at my house. I would highly recommend them and be happy to have them repair appliances for me in the future should I need it.

I would not suggest using this company as they are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service, especially communication. They do not respond back to emails, text message, phone calls & voice mails. They lead you on as if they can help you and then just completely ignore you all while your appliances are still broken. As a paying customer I deserve at least a response back with feedback concerning my broken appliance. Andrew their lead tech is a nice guy however do not expect him to help you out when your in a bind and your simply expecting him to communicate. I wish he would have been upfront and honest instead of giving me a runaround for 3+ weeks about not being able to correctly fix my appliance!

Very prompt in responding to problem. Person scheduling and person repairing were very professional and personable. The only problem that I saw that saved all categories from being A rating was that their supplier seemed to always be out of the parts necessary to make the repair resulting in 10 days to get part in and then additional days to get work scheduled. Even though I probably could have purchased a new washer from the get-go, since my machine was only 2 years old, I decided to try to repair the unit. Each time Nick gave me the opportunity to replace so I did not feel any pressure to make my decision one way or the other. I would hire this company again.

Our 1 1/2 year old dishwasher had an error message: watertap. I called Bosch for an explanation. They had none. But they recommended three providers. We chose Appliance Professionals for their quick response and availability.
The service professional, Tony, was here when he said he would be. He was aware of the error message and quickly solved it. After testing the dishwasher, he left when he was satisfied that the 'problem' was solved.
