"Adam was absolutely the best to work with. From our initial call until the job was completed, he was always available and always delivered on what he said he would do. Adam was not the cheapest bid we received but after meeting with him and discussing design ideas and the way he would complete the job, my wife and I knew we were getting what we were paying for. We originally were going to stay with a similar paver we had but after this visit we went with an entirely different design, and boy are we glad. Even when we got into the project his team did some regrading that was necessary from a recently completed covered deck add-on, no questions asked!We even ended up adding a long walkway from our driveway back to the patio mid-project and Adam couldn’t have been more accommodating and again his eye for the design and look was slot on, it finishes it off! His crew is about as meticulous as I have ever seen. They made sure everything was sloped properly from house and was level in building both our sitting wall and our high wall. "I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."
