"The rep suggested several improvements including upgrading to a solar heating system. We are now in the process of installing a solar heating system. With government tax incentives over the next 2 years we will finance $15K. If I just keep paying what I was paying for my monthly power bill towards the solar panels and upgrades the payback is less that 7 years. After which, my electricity is free. System has a 30 year warranty. Looking forward to the installation and will provide feedback once it is installed and in operation."

"They did a fantastic job. The price was reasonable. They called 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. Every time they would come into the house they would but on booties. They carried out all the old equipment and they said they recycle it, that was a plus. They explained everything to us. Two days after we were trying to figure out the thermostat and I think we messed it up. We called them and explained we couldn't get it set to 76 degrees and he said he would be out, again he called us ahead of time and told us he was on his way. When he got here he ran us through it, he was so nice. Every six months they come here and check everything, crawls under the house and checks the heater and the connections. If you have questions they answer you, their very courteous. They don't treat you like a fool, they teach you what you should know. They are efficient and pleasant."
