We're a locally owned and operated company with over 20 years of industry experience. We offer a variety of residential contracting services that are customizable to each individual project. -Most covered porch projects begin in the $20k range. Garage and addition pricing begins from around $100-$150/foot, and decks at around $50. Pricing is driven from there by existing structure constraints and custom options. You can find examples and free estimates of our work on Home Advisor, on our Facebook page, YouTube, and soon, at our new homepage. -Consultation and quotation appointments are available for $125. 3D designs are also available for $500. All consult and design fees will be discounted from contract price at signing. -We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, match grade construction, as well as our commitment to outstanding results. "This is a retaliatory review. We were forced to take legal action against the client for nonpayment.Few progress payments were made on time. Multiple trips had to be made to collect payments. Attorney was able to collect our final payment 6 months after completion. Building inspection records prove, construction was started and completed within 120days/16weeks(5/18-9/22). There were no substantial delays on this project. Client was responsible for several delays. Client refused to pay for additional material and labor provided, outside of the scope of the contract. Time, stamped photos of the site show it clear of debris. Punchlist was compil"
