"Andressa is amazing! She is so focused on the job at hand and goes above and beyond your expectations. She not only did some quality housecleaning on my home, but she also cleaned areas that were in great need; for example, she cleaned all my ceiling fans, cleaned my oven, dusted my blinds, washed down my kitchen cabinets..etc. She is a very nice, professional lady and I will most definitely hire her again. Thanks!!"

"The last time Two Ladies and a Mop came to my house to clean, a blown glass ladies decorative hat was broken by one of the cleaners. When I sent Tracy a bill for the hat replacement, I received no response.  I sent a second bill, but still no response.  I tried to turn it over to the BBB but they claimed it was not in their scope.  To go to small claims court costs $90.00 to file and you are not guaranteed tocollect.  The total cost of replacement including tax was $105.35."

"This went very well, they came out did a same day estimate. We agreed on the price and they started the next day. They were very friendly, on time, and got the job done within a week. They were very clean throughout the job and never left me with a dirty bathroom before they left each day. I was very happy with the job and will use them again. There office staff helped with all my questions and the owner came out each day to check on how things were going.

Blind Cleaning questions, answered by experts

You should replace your blinds every six to eight years, depending on the level of wear and tear and material of your blinds. Blinds that are warped or bent become difficult to open and close and usually harder to repair than they are to replace. Old blinds with frayed or exposed cords can also pose a safety hazard if young children are around.

Tipping house cleaners—including those who cleans blinds—for a one-off job is customary, usually about 15% to 20% of the total invoice. But if you have a house cleaner that cleans the blinds for you, including the tip for blind cleaning with the overall tip once or twice a year will work.

The most popular treatment for a skylight is skylight shades. There are five primary types: manual, motorized, blackout, cellular//honeycomb, and Venetian. Motorized skylight shades are the most convenient, especially for skylights that are higher up, but manual shades are the most cost-effective treatments. Cellular/honeycomb shades are a perfect option for anyone who wants energy efficiency and an attractive look.

If cellular shades get wet and are not properly dried it can lead to permanent damage. This is especially true if mold or rust starts to form on the components. Cellular shades can also lose their shape and become much harder to open and close.

Window treatments fall under the categories of hard, soft, and layered. Hard refers to stiff, formed treatments that include window blinds and shutters. Soft refers to cloth window treatments that include drapes and curtains. Finally, layered refers to the combination of soft and hard treatments. For example, you might place flowing drapes over blinds to combine the practicality of a treatment that blocks the sun with the whimsical and elongating aesthetic of a full-window drape.
