From initial consult to the end of the job, I found M W owner Rob Racki to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. He and his partner finished the job on the earlier end of the time estimated, and left the work area spotless. They took and provided me with photos of the work in progress, which will be valuable when I decide to sell my home. I also appreciate that they were willing to wear masks during our face-to-face conversations. The only reason I rated Value for Money with 3 stars was that theirs was the only estimate I got for the job, so I have no other price to compare with."

"This business was professional, communicative, and on time from my initial inquiry to when the job was performed. When I initially called, they were able to get someone out to provide a quote within 2 weeks and had me booked within another couple weeks. I was provided a quote online, and that's what I ended up paying. No fine print. Everything was completely transparent. William and another person came to do the actual sump pump installation. They were on time and finished a rather challenging installation (the pipe exit needed to be in a different room than the actual pump) within 4 hours or so. He explained everything to me clearly and was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you're looking for any kind of basement repair/waterproofing."

The lead would check in with me in intervals, they were open to answering any questions. Upon finishing, the lead took me around the whole job, explained the work, and allowed me to ask any questions, and provided me responses, and cleaned up the work area very well. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled!
