It was the 2nd inquiry going through Angi’s List when Dennis quickly responded and provided us with a quote. We are so thrilled that we went with Par Homes Services. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process and completed the work (6 recessed lights in the living room) within a short period of time. I was in a bind and needed a cabinet trimmed to fit my fridge and Ilanna was able to squeeze me in and send a team to the house to complete the job within just a few days. They were extremely professional and courteous, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended."

"Though it took a little while for them to get back to me at first, they did set up an appointment to see the job rather quickly. However, then there was a wait again before the appointment was made for the actual work. They only sent one person to do the job, which surprised me, but he seemed to know what he was doing and was capable. There has been no further leaking in the basement, which I hope is due to the good job they did and not just to Mother Nature's unpredictability. A warranty comes with the job and I hope I will not have to submit a later report if ever I need to call upon it. I paid both the deposit and final balance with a credit card. I got a receipt for the deposit, but never was given a receipt for the final payment. I even called and wrote a letter specifically asking for them to send me a receipt for the final payment, but they have completely ignored my requests (it's been months since the job was done)."

"In summary I have to say Richard was  excellent!  He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished.  As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive.  As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs.  He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.

"A very bad prolonged wind storm did major damage to many houses in the area. Many homes had roof damage, including our two roofs. More work than there was contractors to repair them. We were not in the area at the time, nor knew any contractors in the area to repair our roofs. During major catastrophes, you have to be careful not to be con'd by unqualified con artist looking to take your money, so we chose Angie's List for a contractor. We chose Excel (Mike) to repair our roofs. He is licenses and insured and his quote was the lowest of all the quotes we received. Even though he was extremely busy with all the work that was out there, he found time on the weekend to repair our roofs. We signed a standard service contract and Mike started the job as promised. The roofs came out awesome, Mike and his crew did an awesome job !! And they did it all while trying to fix everyone else's roofs. Not knowing where to turn to during this major weather event, and being out of town, it was nice to know that you can trust Angie's List to provide qualified people. You can also trust Excel to do a great job at a great price and be confident when you give them a deposit, they can be trusted. The entire transaction was done long distance without ever meeting each other. It was mutual trust based on reviews and being qualified to be on Angie's List. Just imagine when your transaction is in person."

We had a huge storm recently and one of the roofs that had a leak prior to OBS reroofing no longer leaked. I was very happy with the Price and quality of the work performed."
