"Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. Our review was accurate but the reply to our review, left by J & M Pro Cleaning, led me to believe they must be talking about a completely different house! Never again!) However, A Star Quality Cleaning Company, LLC is AMAZING!! Our experience with Tracy was fantastic and we went on to book ongoing cleanings with this company. Scheduling was done via email and was super easy. The company went out of their way to accommodate us and Lynn was very nice re. the scheduling, etc. The cleaner, Tracy, was more than we could have hoped for! She accomplished more in two hours than the entire 3 person team from J & M did in FOUR hours! Tracy was friendly and professional. Her work ethic was enviable. She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. No one should look any further than this company if you want AWESOME service at a VERY reasonable cost. VERY HAPPY!!!!"
