"Less than a week ago, I checked the local Reminder and Google and then on a whim I created a free account on Angie's list and searched for "A" rated house cleaners. Like you, I read the reviews. Two days later I met Lori when she stopped over to quote my house . Tonight I'm sitting in a spotless house. I'm wondering why I waited so long to join . I can't remember the last time my house was this clean. If ever. The floors look amazing . Every surface has been wiped down and scrubbed, so have the windows and baseboards. Our review was accurate but the reply to our review, left by J & M Pro Cleaning, led me to believe they must be talking about a completely different house! Never again!) However, A Star Quality Cleaning Company, LLC is AMAZING!! Our experience with Tracy was fantastic and we went on to book ongoing cleanings with this company. Scheduling was done via email and was super easy. The company went out of their way to accommodate us and Lynn was very nice re. the scheduling, etc. The cleaner, Tracy, was more than we could have hoped for! She accomplished more in two hours than the entire 3 person team from J & M did in FOUR hours! Tracy was friendly and professional. Her work ethic was enviable. She was willing to forego part of her break in order to clean my kitchen floor, because it exceeded the 2 hour time we had booked. I did not allow her to do this but she was more than willing. I couldn't be happier with Tracy and with this cleaning service. I wish we had contacted them first! I will recommend them to family and friends for sure. No one should look any further than this company if you want AWESOME service at a VERY reasonable cost. VERY HAPPY!!!!"
