I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met.
