John Morel came in almost one half the cost. The other company wanted to do extra things do do the job, seems that was to make it easier on him. John proved that it was not necessary. "Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

"I contacted several plumbers from the Angis list App..I called and spoke to receptionists who seemed to process my request without asking questions. "Our prices start at $$$$$. Ok?" I I called a few more and left messages. Only Arthur Dipetrillo Plumbing and Heating was the first to call back. He asked me a few questions and then he asked me to send him photos of my water tank, including the detailed info on the labels from the front of the tank. I did. Within 15 minutes, he reviewed the information and responded with The MOST REASONABLE quote of all the companies that eventually returned my call! He gave me 2 warranty options. He was prepared to do it right away, so we scheduled it for the next day. He and his son Artie, were here in the morning and greeted me with happy faces, shook hands and right away I knew I made the right choice. They were punctual, highly experienced, professional, efficient, and fast. When completed, Arthur explained some important details and pointed out some potential redflags to look out for. He also explained the warranty process and explained what I would bed to do to get the tax incentive for having investing in Energywise heaters. I'm glad he did because there is a 10 day time limit to submit the information! I highly recommend this family, intergerational business because they take extreme pride in the quality of their work as well as their trade. They're not a franchise that is impersonal and robotic. As I mentioned, their smiles and hand shakes made a big difference to me. Luckily for me, exceptional Customer Service is absolutely their priority!"
