Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. Items that most handle homeowners can do but I wasn’t allowed to because of the selling process, etc. I also needed it done within 7 days. A guy from Cox Electric came to my house to give me an estimate. (I’ll get back to that…) The guy that DID come to fix (Bill from another company) took 3 hours, did a beautiful job, and charged me $850. What was Cox Electric estimate? $3250. With materials costing under $50, this comes to over $1000/hour. While not against the law, gauging homeowners that are going through the process of selling a home is unethical."
