The home had been used as an air B and B for years and the floors in living room and dining room and stairs were badly worn and dirty. Nothing I did with cleaners and micro fiber cloths helped. Roman gave me what I felt was a good fair price. He was ready to come a couple of days later He and his guys moved all my furniture out, buffed the floor with some kind of compound, Cleaned up snd put down a new matte finish in half a day. I had to let the floors dry over night but they looked like new in the morning sunlight. All the dirt and imperfections I could see in the backlight before was gone. The finish looked like new and is perfect I’m thrilled, he couldn’t have done a better job. They came back put all the furniture back in place. All along They Couldn’t have been more careful, polite or professional. I highly recommend NE floors."
