The only thing I would have changed is making sure there was an end of project walk through before he left. He texted to me to tell me I was all set, so I checked his work after he had left. There were a few things he had forgotten to do. When I texted him letting him know the yard looked good, but the trash needed to be moved to the driveway, he turned around to finish the job. I assisted him in moving the trash and brush to the front yard. Overall, he did a nice job, had great communication, took feedback well. I would hire him again knowing to ask for a final walk through."

Customer response time is excellent as is scheduling response and actual execution of the job. In my case, I had huge piles of oak leaves to pick up and haul to the leaf dump. Rob was a dynamo and even with his helper having to cut out on a personal emergency, he finished the job in an hour at a reasonable price and the way I wanted it done. Every year is different, but I may have him back in the Spring to haul out the cling-on stragglers that fall in April. Too much hassle for me to haul that to the dump in dozens of trips !"

"Brandon (owner) responded very promptly to my query through the company website and showed up on time for a review of the property. Brandon agreed to bring a team out during the week and perform the services discussed. The team showed up in the morning as promised and completed the work as described. The yard had been severely neglected but Brandon's team was able to clean it up and recover the trouble spots throughout the property. We're happy to find a local company that does such good work, he has our lawn maintenance business going forward and plan on having Expert Landscaping do more structural work on the property.
