They quickly sent a person to look at the work required, then sent pictures of the repair needed and within minutes I received their quote. I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. When I decided to go with NE Flooring, just prior to the busy July 4th weekend, they immediately sent a team to make the repair the next day. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring. They even came back the following day to check their work and to put another protective coating on the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them."

He refinished some existing wood floors, matched and installed new hardwood floors, and his uncle installed some luxury vinyl tile in the bathroom. "He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

"It is not everyday you walk in your kitchen and your excited to be there! I mean there s a lot to get done in there...between cooking, cleaning and eating. I can not speak on the amount of compliments we received from family and friends from our kitchen remodel. I wanted a company that could truly exceed my expectations and bring my vision to life. I thought I was asking for a bit too much during the estimate but Jeff reinsured me no question was dumb or a bit too much to ask. Jeff was very responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely patient. I am already in the process of having the team come out to complete 2 of our 3 bathrooms, basement, and sunroom!!! You know you are truly satisfied with the outcome when you request for the company to bring their yard signs so you can display their work for the neighborhood."
