"Wow, blown away by the work Jeff and Water Heaters in a Hurry did. I am stunned by the professionalism, honesty and transparency, the depth of their skill and knowledge, and the downright far more than reasonable charge for their service. I had a tankless water heater replaced. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and WHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? As soon as I was in contact with Jeff, a huge weight came off my shoulders because I knew I was now in the right hands. Empathic, knowledgeable, patient and transparent... and fast! When they installed, they identified and rectified many mistakes made by the person who installed the last one 5 years ago. They thoroughly checked the work when done, even safety checks.
