"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."

When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

We use standard billing, which is 1/3 deposit, 1/3 third at start of job and 1/3 upon completion (this varies on job length). I saved for 2 years to have Access basement system’s come out and do the job right. On day one the team gutted all exterior walls I was impressed. Day 2 woke up to water all over the basement because they did not reconnect a drain and water from the shower was dumped in the basement. On day 2 only 2 of his crew showed up and that was all we had for the next 2 weeks. The guys that did the work were good guys. No issue there only saw Mike to get money. Water is still coming through the walls worse then before and causing mold. 5 calls And NO response from the family business that cares. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and hope that we can get this resolved. Mike if you see this I hope that we can work this out and you hold up to “we will take care of you like family. “"
