Quick diagnosis, surprisingly fast installation, answered all questions. My third time using them - always for a plumbing issue like toilet, shower head install; replacing a cartridge in a leaky faucet; installing a new garbage disposal. They are quick to respond and complete the job very quickly which to me shows competence.

They were responsive, timely, professional. Came out yesterday to diagnose the issue and give us a quote. Came back today with the parts to replace our well pump, and we have water flowing in the faucets again. We would recommend D Baker Services to our friends!

On the day of the installation I was told that the quoted boiler was not available and I had to choose a slightly more expensive model in order to avoid delays.

Sewer main break emergency. Dylan was onsite for an estimate quickly. All my questions were answered and he came the next day for repairs. He supplied all the documentation and pictures of the repairs. Would recommend to a friend!

They handled both my indoor and outdoor plumbing problems professionally. They were quick and competent, asking pertinent questions and also warning me that my disposal is living on borrowed time. We will call them again and appreciate their help.

I love the fact that they do both electrical and plumbing -- saved a lot of coordination time for me as I was moving into a new house. They were able to start work about 10 days after I first contacted them just before the holidays, quickly understood my needs and priorities, and recommended a few additional things that made lots of sense. They provided a thorough written estimate and also a summary of work completed, helpful for sharing with my insurance company. Very pleased with the company. The plumber arrived on time, and was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the work that needed done.

The problem is only with the lack of service after the work has been done. There has been poor quality with his work and fixing things because he doesn't want to have to get involved in more work than he has to.
