Karlin Lehman's knowledge and explanation of work to be performed is what made me choose them out of 3 estimates. All the little things he showed me that him and his crew were doing showed the pride and craftsman in his work. Already planning to hire him for next project.

Karlin and his crew replaced our aging wood deck last summer with composite decking, and we couldn't be happier. We gave it a year before writing a review and I can say it's held up "so far so good"! None of the planks have warped, color is still like new, it cleans easily, and it looks amazing! Karlin was very easy to work with, helped with suggestions on things to add/remove to work within our budget, and when he was on site and saw my husband clearing leaves from our gutters offered to install "gutter guards" (for a very reasonable fee) the next day! I would highly recommend using Lehman Exteriors for replacing your deck!

Couldn't be happier. We spent a lot of time with Karlin. So much better to deal with someone who is the point of contact and also the one doing the work! His craftsmanship is excellent.

We are very happy with Lehman Exteriors’ work on our roof. Mr. Lehman did a great job replacing our old roof with a rubber roof. He was also very thorough in completing all the necessary repairs. We always call him for exterior work on our house and we highly recommend him!!

Very quick response time and fast professional work. Clean-up was thorough after job was finished. We had heavy rain the next day, and the gutters worked perfectly!

We had contacted Lehman Exteriors over a year ago for an estimate to fix our leaky roof. Due to an accident we were unable to pursue the needed repairs. Over the Summer and some pretty intense rain actually was leaking into the basement. I contacted Lehman Exteriors and he asked if the roof was leaking. His schedule was filled months in advance, but they made room in their busy schedule to accomodate our extensive repair. They first capped the eaves and that looked great, no more painting for me. They came back bright and early Monday and worked really hard to take the shingles off, clean it off and prepare it for new shingles. New drip edge, roof boots and chimney flashing. New ice and water shield underlayment along bottom edge of roof and in valleys, wide up gable ends of the roof. New synthetic underlayment on entire roof Shingle over ridge vent at peak of roof. They cleaned up everything so well, going over areas more then one time for nails and other materials. The workmanship is awesome and the new roof looks gorgeous!

Lehman Exteriors replaced our siding, gutters, windows and exterior doors. The employees were friendly and worked hard. They stayed on budget. We were very happy with how the house turned out and would highly recommend Lehman Exteriors.

Karlin said he would make sure the ramp and roll-in shower would be finished as needed for my husband to come home from the hospital and they were. The ramp is beautiful and totally matches the exterior of the house. He has already started some of the work at the new house and it is all exceptionally done, as I knew it would be! It is always very easy to work with Karlin. He is very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and very particular about the quality of his work as well as always true to his word on pricing (which is always very reasonable) and the timely completion of work performed. I was pleased with the subcontractors he uses, too! We have been having Karlin doing work for us for 10 years and we will call no one else to work on our home!

Lehman Construction is the only crew we work with, we have seen many of his jobs & were very impressed with his work. They will not disappoint. Save yourself the grief of worring if your job is getting done right while your at work. They do not need to be supervised. They do exactly of what you ask.

I went into my attic and noticed water marks on the plywood. I called a roofer and got a recorded message that they were booked solid through the rest of the year and I could call in spring.. I looked on Angie's List and found Lehman Exteriors. The reviews were great so I called. Someone was at my home within a few days and fixed the problem on the roof. I was very happy with the service and the price of the house call was much less than I thought it would be. I will definitely call Lehman Exteriors again.

Karlin exceeded expectations again. He was helpful in picking the door and windows that would suit or needs and even worked with us and the manufacturer to get a custom door for our opening. We've been extremely happy with how everything turned out and as usually Karlin and his crew were courteous and clean through out the project.

Karlin worked with us through the specifying and pricing phase and started the work when he said he would and finished only a few weeks later. He kept the site clean and communicated with us through the whole process. Even his subcontractors (excavation, foundation and concrete) were courteous and respectful of my property and my neighbors. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others who need a new garage.

Only 1.5 days. Quick and clean work. Did not even charge for minor repairs of the sheeting and was lowest quote for the work.

The entire process went very smoothly. Karlin was the only contractor who set up time to go over different options/colors. The installation of the deck was fast and it looks great.

Karlin, My sincere apologies for this tardy posting/referral, as I wanted to post photos of our Karlin/Lehman Exteriors above ground pool deck project months ago - as “finished results”, but unfortunately, the pool did not get here when we expected it. By the time the pool did arrive, it was too late in the season to set it up…so, I look forward to posting “final/finished results” photos of the deck & pool once the pool is finally installed early spring 2017! Karlin, I want/need to say, doing business with you was the only thing that went RIGHT with our project, it “went off without a hitch” as well as “went better than expectations” & “exceeded expectations”. You & your apprentice Joshua were amazing…from the moment you promptly returned & scheduled my call for an estimate on the deck, to the moment the deck install started & when the deck install was completed…amazing. There are nightmare contractors out there…Thankfully i can report that Lehman Exteriors is definitely not one of them. Karlin’s meticulous attention to detail tied along with his knowledge and unbelievable work ethic made this massive project a cake walk that was done in about 3 months. I literally wouldn’t believe it if i didn’t see it with my own eyes… The way he tied into the old part of the house and matched the roof, siding and windows you would never even know we had an addition. There isn’t a week that goes by without one of my neighbors telling me how great it came out. He took the house that my wife and i love and turned it into the house of our dreams. Karlin Lehman was very patient with us as we tried to decide on materials for our most recent project. He offered good advise and provided samples of the different options for siding. When the work began he was on time everyday. The project moved along at a good pace. He worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I added some work to the original project which was not a problem for him. I thought his prices were fair on every project he did for me. I was very satisfied with the projects at completion. Karlin is courteous and proffessional and will be my go to guy for any other projects on my home going forward. I would strongly recommend Lehman Exteriors to anyone.

Mr. Lehman came out to my home and provided an estimate for removal, replacement and installation of  a new screen door for my back porch/deck . He went over everything with me he explained what parts of the porch/deck I could actually have repaired and what had to be replaced. My back porch was in pretty bad shape top to bottom.  He told me he would get me in as soon as he could and if he had additional time in between jobs he would squeeze me in since the job wasn't to big. He called me and came out within a week or two. He did an exceptional job, he was very professional,on time and I'm very pleased with the finished work. It took him two days and everything was cleaned up and the back porch looks very nice. He also repaired a my broken bathroom door, It was totally off the hinges and needed some wood work. If you want quality work, don't hesitate to call Lehman Exteriors. I will definitely hire Mr Lehman in the future for more jobs.

New deck looks to be well done.  Karlin and crew got the work done quickly and the price was reasonable.  They even recommended a few options that improved the look without large increases in cost.
