"Josh is an excellent resource for all your landscaping needs. He is professional, considerate, thoughtful, and kind. He works hard and takes great pride in his craft, always ensuring he meets your expectations. His communication is excellent — he lets you know when he will start and finish a job and follows through. Josh never oversells and always provides honest, practical feedback. His pricing is very reasonable, and he goes above and beyond by stopping by afterward to make sure everything he planted is establishing well. He will be my guy for Spring and Fall clean up!"

"Larry installed two retaining walls for me. He did the job on time and within the budget quoted. I am very pleased with the walls which included all the excavating and the site clean up after the job. I also had Larry do the public sewer system tie in for me. He handled this also on time and within the quoted budget. 1st class job! I highly recommend Larry Miller and will use him next year for other projects I have scheduled. Communication before during and after the job was excellent."

The cost to repair a crawl space runs between $1,500 and $15,000, depending on the extent of the damage. Major flooding or water repairs can cost up to $10,000 for removal and repairs. If you simply need to clean your crawl space, expect to pay between $2,000 and $6,000 for a major cleanout. Yes. A metal detector is one of the quickest and easiest ways to find your septic tank. However, metal detectors can be too expensive (costing upward of $300 in some cases), and not everyone has a metal detector just lying around. If that’s the case for you, you can also take a long metal rod and poke it into the ground at regular intervals until you hit something—likely your septic tank lid.

Preparation involves site assessment, clearing debris, grading surfaces, and compacting soil to support stable construction.
