I asked for a written quote and a copy of his insurance policy and upon his arrival to perform the work he showed me the contract and gave me a copy of his insurance policy. I told Mr. Mills that when the weather warms up I want him to come back to spread mulch and do some other work. Since our first experience with C and H Excavation, we have had Mr. Mills back to spread mulch in all of our beds around our home.
