"Went with Manfredia's again! Ran into a problem with the garage roof an a major leak but Manfreida's came through with flying colors. After I put in my call the owner was out to do the estimate for me the same week an even did a little extra by taking down some mushrooms ( ewwww) that had been lurking where the leak had been particularly bad. In order to save my otherwise perfectly good, very full, garage they were even able to fit me into the schedule the following week to get the roof ripped off, re-decked and water tight before an upcoming storm. What a life saver! The crew that came out was very nice and worked swiftly, over all the job took less then three days to complete. They even replaced a small part on the back of the roof that had rotted and replaced all the trim sections with pvc so the carpenter bees wont be be making any more holes! Everything came out wonderfully I enjoy seeing it every time I pull into the driveway. I love working with Manfredia's and will DEFIANTLY be calling again for my next project. Thanks!!"

"A.W. Viohl won the contract, and immediately we realized that our decision was correct. This project not only needed an outstanding contractor – that outfit had to have the access and relationships with an architect, master plumber and master electrician that could pull this job off. It took a few weeks for us to get the necessary building permits, but the architect was relentless – meeting with us on the weekends when necessary and getting all of the specifications the county needed for our plan to be approved. Demolition proceeded with minimal disruption, and concerns, such as dust, were brought up – they were resolved immediately. I started an album set on Facebook for my faith community – documenting each weekly success. At the point that flooring was needed, we further enjoyed access to an outstanding supply shop, and the church’s “aesthetics team” reported the outstanding service experience they enjoyed along with extremely competitive prices for the materials we needed – so much so that the contracted expanded to install new flooring all the way to the main entrance of the church! The A.W. Viohl team includes a master tile craftsman – Brent made the tile floors in the new bathrooms and new kitchen look spectacular! New bathrooms, a performance kitchen with excellent electrical and plumbing support, and adequate ventilation – elements of our new “Mission Hall.” This multipurpose room can comfortably accommodate an aerobics class; it masterfully acts as a polling station for New Castle County; and it can host a formal party or reception for 75 or more guests. Our church now has the facility it needed to carry out some of its mission projects with a hall that we can be proud of, that met our needs, and stayed within our budget due to the outstanding work performed by A.W. Viohl Contracting!!"

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"Afrim (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. He completely remodeled our outdated master bathroom & turned it into an beautifully updated one with a new entrance from our bedroom with a gorgeous barn door & created a whole new walk in closet with some of the extra space. This was entirely his vision and he executed it perfectly. He also designed and implemented a redo of the whole first floor of our home, including taking down the wall of the dining room and creating a gorgeous new open concept kitchen. He redid all of the floors and created a mudroom. We loved Afrim’s work so much we had him come back and redo our deck (which is now my personal oasis). Afrim is friendly and professional. He stands by his work and will redo things if they are not up to his standards (or yours). He also served as a role model for our 5 year old, who was home during the remodel thanks to the pandemic. My son would often follow him around. Afrim would include him and make him feel special. 4 years later, my kiddo still wants to be a builder like Afrim.
