"Mike arrived on time and began work immediately. He removed old wiring and installed all new wiring and conduit and repaired a few down spouts at the same time. He installed all new lights along the walkway, removed an outlet that was of no use and re-wired the entire front of the house including wall flood lights. Mike had to dig up flower beds etc. to accomplish his work and when he left you would not know he was ever there. He cleaned up the walkways and removed all trash. He kept in touch with me regarding progress. I have used them several times for non electrical issues also. Their communications system is top shelf. They always call back, confirm appointments and follow up on their work. All of their techs are professional, courteous and respectful of your property. I feel their prices are fair. "Tanya called the same day my email request was submitted and scheduled an estimate appointment. Mike came out on time and thoroughly explained that my gutter fell due to rotted wood and explained very thoroughly what needed to be done to repair the problem so it wouldn't happen again. A few years ago I had all my wood trim capped with aluminum by another vendor and they did an awful job. Some of the fascia capping fell off and I had delayed in getting it repaired. Mike wrote down the color and manufacturer of the capping that needed repaired and said he would have no problems getting the replacement fascia capping in the same color as well as a matching gutter. I had already received several estimated from other construction companies for just the gutter, so I was prepared for sticker shock for the additional cost of the fascia capping. I was beyond shocked when I received the estimate and it was less approximately $50 more than the cheapest estimate which only included the gutter and wood replacement, and no guarantee on the color match. Scheduling was just as easy as getting the estimate appointment. Tanya promptly emailed me the estimate and proposal and the earliest install date (only a matter of days). Mike and his team came out on the day promised, worked fast, and didn't skimp on quality. They cleaned up the mess perfectly and took away all the old material. I need some exterior work done, and didn't hesitate to call Merryfield for that project!

"Montco Fence did a great job. The installers were very professional and did exceptional work. The office staff is terrible, they didn't bother to call when they needed to reschedule due to weather and whenever I called they wouldn't call back. But don't let the lousy office deter you, the installers and quality of the work were well worth the hassle. I had a minor issue with the gates and (once I spoke to the office) the installers returned within 24 hours and fixed the issue."

"I called and was able to quickly get an estimate and get the work scheduled right away. This was important as I was selling my house and needed to get the work done. The work to the structure under the porch was top notch and done quickly. The initial repairs done on the old windows was not done in a quality manner. But when I took photos and sent them to Luis he had someone out to fix the problems the very next day. In the end, the job done on the windows was acceptable, given the time constraints they were under. I would have like a little better quality on the windows, but as I said it was acceptable."

"We called Nolan's to get a quote on Painting and to and schedule an 11x14 one bedroom painting job (no trim necessary) to get us moved into a new home. I told the receptionist we would be wanting more painting done and a color consult at a later date on the other rooms but needed this bedroom done before we schedule the movers to bring in the furniture. This particular room had a large and extremely heavy captains bed that needed to be disassembled to move so we wanted paint done before we brought that in.  We had the color picked out already so the job was quite easy.  The receptionist took our information and said she would call back and did so the following day and said that "Nolan doesn't service Spring City" (which is in Chester county and  on the border of Chester and Montgomery counties).  According to their Angie's List page and the map Nolan's say they serve "Montgomery, Chester, Delaware & a Portion of Philadelphia and Bucks Counties" and we live well within their service area even according to their map.  I think they just didn't want the job because it was small. We won't be calling them again when we want the rest of the house painted.

"In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.
