Berwyn Collision

Berwyn Collision was excellent in all respects. My Elantra was hit from behind at a stoplight. Other driver was clearly at fault. When Geico (other driver's insurance company) evaluated my car they wanted to give me a aftermarket replacement bumper. I wanted a factory new replacement bumper. I went to Berwyn and they looked at the Geico estimate and said "that's too low, we deal with this stuff all the time" and they managed the whole thing - all contact with Geico, convincing Geico to pay the extra for the factory part, the whole thing. And Berwyn did a beautiful job - paint matches great, and no one (not even me) can tell there was a repair. Tony on the Berwyn team is very easy to talk with and very supportive of customer needs. I recommend Berwyn Collision highly.

They were very good. They were very helpful. We had more problems with the insurance company than we had with the collision. The collision job was fine.

Visited for estimate the other driver was responsible. Contacted their insuring co within 5 minutes of hanging up guard from Berwyn (approval Vender) and set appt for repair. Repair done w/in time frame promised.

Berwyn Collision is top notch. They provided an estimate on the spot, worked with my insurance company on price adjustments, and finished the work on time. The car looks beautiful. It was washed and sparkling when I picked it up.

Upon arrival at the shop, I was warmly greeted by Maddie and Michelle (front office) - Tony (Mgr) stepped right in and led me through the review and repair process.
Tony explained everything step by step (lots of patience) and took the extra step to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the finished product.  When I picked up the car which looked brand new, Rich (Partner) shared additional details on how their shop operates and has a solid list of satisfied customers.
You hear horror stories on how repair shops can rip you off! Not this shop...
I would highly recommend Berwyn Colliison and you too will become a satisfied customer.  Bravo!

The staff was very helpful & friendly and made the whale process go very smoothly, even assisting with the other party's insurance agent.

Tony and Richard treated us like family. Showed concern and knowledge, showed respect and was willing to get to work ASAP so our daughter could take car to school (college). They kept in touch and gave us back a beautiful car all fixed.

Fine.  Prices were within $100 of other estimates.

I am very happy with the work that Berwyn Collision did on
my 2011 Rav4.  When we got the car back from Berwyn Collision, it looked as if nothing at all had
happened to the car. Also, I greatly appreciate their guidance in enabling us
to manage costs by explaining what was essential if I were to sell the car vs.
what might be nice to fix but not essential. And the final costs and timing
were consistent with what they said when I dropped the car off - I greatly
appreciate that and not having to deal with "surprises."  They were helpful, friendly and very
professional. I would highly recommend them.

The work was done as promised. The company also touched up some spots with chipped paint at no additional charge. I'm happy with the service and the results

Since this car is 6 months old I did not want your typical repair circus messing around with the car.

 

I looked and found Berwyn Collision on AngiesList and gave the a try.

it was looking for these things:

     High quality work since this is my only car and it was brand new - DONE beyond reproach

     Great paint job with same paint that was already on the car - DONE - where else can you find Picasso these days.

     All original manufacturer replacement parts - DONE - BC offered to show the invoices or look to see the panel stamps.

     And I hope for courtesy, timeliness and a fair price from everybody.

Berwyn Collision provided all of the above plus really good communications and a fast turn around.

After getting the car back and waiting a week to see how it all turned out, all I can say is;

     THE WORK BERWYN COLLISION DID IS BETTER THAN FACTORY NEW 

     AND THEY USE ORIGINAL MANUFACTUERE PARTS, AINT AND METHODS.

The people at Berwyn Collision are great and getting better. Don't tell anybody.

And someday I will have to invite the owner to go for a drive so I can blow the doors off his Porsche 911 with my sleeper Jetta.

Don' tell him either.

We had previous good experience with Berwyn Collision, so I went there.  In about 10 minutes, they had the bumper back in place and the screw tightened.  Charge was minimal.

Fantastic work and very courteous.  My repairs were covered by insurance (someone else hit my vehicle).  You would never know it was hit - there was a lot of damage and I was surprised at how great the repairs looked.  Would definitely use them again (but hope I never need to!)

I've been to BC twice.  Both times were covered by insurance so I only paid my deductible.  However, I saw the estimates and they were in the mid to upper range of the estimates we got.  That being said, the manager (can't remember his name) is very friendly, explained EVERYTHING and always followed through.  The work done both times was excellent quality... meaning, you can't tell anything was done!  I even took my vintage car to get worked on.  Unfortunately, the response was "it'll be way too much to do and you'll have to write a blank check".  Hey, it's honest and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.  I'd absolutely go back and have recommended BC to others.

Got it back in 1 week just as they promised! They did beautiful work. Looked brand new. All seams were even and paint matched perfectly. They have a great bedside manner, especially the owner Rich who took his time to explain all the specifics. I didn't feel rushed at all. Truly top notch customer service. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with these guys.

My daughters Nissan was hit and damaged. Front bumber, and semi crushed door.The other persons insurance company paid for it. I used Angie's list for a recommendation, and Berwyn Collision was prompt, polite, and had the car back in a week. Looks like it has never been hit! My 17 year old was so excited! Will definately use them again, but hope I don't have to have body work on my other cars due to any accidents!

They were absolutely fantastic to work with. They sat down with us and showed us where all the money was going and exactly what they were doing. They made us feel really comfortable and didn't try to rip us off. They have been one of the best companies we've worked with.

Job 1: Took in for an estimate, compared to others, & although they were higher, we chose this co. They completed 1 day earlier than expected. They touched up, cleaned up other areas of the van & replaced the front bumper. They exceeded our expectations. We went w/them, b/c they were honest, up front & professional w/their communications. Job 2: I took the car into them to get an insurance estimate. They gave me an estimate & arranged for a rental car, which I didn't expect. They worked very well w/the insurance co & arrived at an estimate that addressed all damage, w/out interrupting my day. When I went to pick up the car I saw that they had exceeded my expectations by not only repairing the damage, but also repairing scratches elsewhere in the car. This was totally unexpected & greatly appreciated. They called the rental co & I left them the keys to return the rental car. Great service. I hope I don't need their serivces again, I d use them in an instant. I d highly recommend them.

We were very happy we found this company on Angie's List. They are very responsive to our questions, do a fantastic job of touch up and auto body work, and everything turned out rather well.
