On a weekly and daily basis, I was informed who would be working that week and/or day and what they would be doing. As a woman, I felt my questions and concerns were taken seriously. From a new dug out cement floor to sheet rocked and painted walls, enclosed closets, open shelving to new vinyl flooring and a separate utility room our basement was transformed!
