Everything was done quickly, efficiently and with detail to the quality of the work. All jobs were finished within 2 weeks of signing the contract which I thought was wonderful considering how much painting (walls, trim work and all sub floors) that had to be completed.  I do not hesitate to recommend Anthony; he does the majority of the work himself which means the quality is there.  He is responsive to phone calls and texts and checks in frequently to assure your happiness. He met my needs for everything I was looking for in a contractor.  His prices were reasonable and I feel I got excellent quality for my money.

Anthony repaired a hole in the kitchen ceiling and did a fantastic job. If I did not know the location, I doubt I would be able to pick out the patched area. 

The house painting that was completed by one of Anthony's contracted assistants is outstanding!  Great attention to detail, clean lines, perfect coverage.  Anthony stopped by almost everyday to be sure the paint job was progressing and that I was happy with the job - he was very attentive with checking my reaction to all the work.  I also had the subfloors painted with a primer to lock out odors since we are getting all new flooring.  Anthony researched with Sherwin Williams to find the best product for the job.  He knew that I was concerned about the strong paint fume odors because of my pets.  The primer he settled on and supplied did the job wonderfully and it did not have the terrible odor that I was concerned about. A+ Anthony on taking my concerns into account - some contractors would not have worried about it, but Anthony listened to what I said and worked to find the correct solution.

He installed new closet doors in my spare bedroom which involved cutting the doors to make them fit and work properly in my old house where all the openings are custom-sized.  The doors look wonderful and most importantly open and close the way a door should (old closet doors would not work properly).  Again, Anthony took the time to make sure the job was done correctly.

He also patched some broken ceramic floor tiles in my basement laundry room area that had been installed poorly originally.  It was a tough project as they had to fit in with the tiles that were already there - he did a fantastic job.

Anthony also replaced some receptacles, replaced a piece of roof trim and installed a pet door for me.

I recommend Anthony and I am very pleased that I found him on Angie's List and called.  I will most certainly use him for future remodeling jobs at my house.  EXCELLENT WORK ANTHONY, THANK YOU!!

"This was my third time working with this contractor and each project was a pleasurable experience! As was the case with the other two, they started this project on time and finished on time! All the work was done according to strict Mount Lebanon code. They made suggestions based upon their experience i.e we wanted a six foot high shadow box fence but while Mount Lebanon code allows for a six foot high privacy fence of just about any style, they do not allow, by code, a six foot high shadowbox fence. Steve Hilpert proceeded to build us a 4 foot high shadowbox fence (the maximum height allowed by code) with a custom built 2 foot high trellis section which Mount Lebanon subsequently approved. The fence looks beautiful!
I was nervous about cutting a big hole in the wall of our addition to install the sliding glass door. Now the door looks like it has been there all along! It came out PERFECTLY!
The deck is also beautiful and solid as a rock! We had an issue with the location of our two central air conditioning units off the back of the house. The other contractors (which I found here on Angie's List as well) said they would just build over these units. Not knowing anything about central air conditioning this seemed reasonable to me. Steve was the ONLY contractor who told me that you absolutely CAN NOT block the air flow above the units! Not only that, he was honest enough to tell me that moving the units should be done by a qualified HVAC contractor. Now that is a contractor you can trust!
All work was completed on time and within budget. The same crew arrived early each day and were polite and professional. The job site was spotless at the end of each day!

"A year ago, they probably started to do the work at the end of last December 2012. I believe that it paid around $20000. Not quite an awning, it was just that our roof did not have an extra foot of the back of it, protect from water getting into our windows and going down through the sidings, our house was made with that one. So, it was an extra foot that was in the back of the entire roof. They were very reliable and friendly. Some of the days were down and select the 20 of last December when they were working and they still would show up and do it much because they could in the freezing cold. Now, as well, there was one little issue we had after everything was done about a week later, something is trying to look a little bit loose, we called them up, they sent somebody out immediately to fix the problem. They had occurred for us. They did a really nice job with the siding, everything looks great, and they work in the freezing cold and came as they needed to, definitely for few hours each day, as much work as they put down as they could. We had people come as well and they were still like all comfortable to everybody that came. They did a really nice job."
