The workers were reliable, (at the work site at 6am everyday), friendly, and most importantly skillful. "Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

The crew worked hard, and no loud music which was greatly appreciated as my whole family worked and studied at home at the time. What I liked the most was that both Joe and the crew were happy to do what I requested, such as a little bit of extra caulking and patching here and there, even after they already used up the mixed concrete.
