Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. He obviously takes pride in doing the job correctly, and does not cut any corners. The job took two and a half days -- one to power wash everything, half a day to tape and prep, and a third day to paint. I was concerned as i was changing the color of the deck from a dark red to a mid gray, but it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend."
