"We engaged Better Living Patio and Sunrooms of Pittsburgh to transform our screened in porch into a four-season room. Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. We planned to talk with them and visit through a window, since we are both at high risk for COVID due to cancer. I asked that the room be complete by Thanksgiving, but, as November dates became closer to the holiday, it appeared we would not meet the date. I appealed to our salesperson, Anthony, who connected me with the owner, Ray Hepp. Mr. Hepp was extremely helpful, moving quickly to obtain back orders (due to COVID) and assigning his team to finish the room before the holiday. We love our new room! Because of Mr. Hepp's integrity and kindness, we were able to share not only Thanksgiving, but also Christmas holidays with our family while maintaining the distance we need to remain safe. "Ron and his team were wonderful. As a first time home owner, I had lots of questions. Our outdoor deck is two stories and features unique partitions and walls that required an experienced team that really knew what they were doing. They insisted we wait for ideal conditions to re-stain the deck and executed their work as promised. They use quality materials and I am beyond pleased with the end result. I will be calling them again when itâ s time to re-apply the stain to the deck for sure."

"We called Paul about replacing an old worn out awning, but were also looking for alternatives such as a retractable awning, but something more permanent.
Paul showed up in a pickup truck wearing work clothes. I was especially impressed since I wasn't looking for a suit and tie salesman who would send a wannabe installer out to do the job.
He suggested an insulated patio cover that would be a permanent installation, and showed me a sample that he had in his truck. He explained in detail how the installation would go, and I was very impressed. I especially liked the idea of not having to store our patio furniture every Fall.
He quoted us a price, and suggested that we check out his website, showing several of his installations. We liked what we saw, and gave him the order. After a short waiting period, he showed up with one other worker, and did the job in a very professional manner. During the waiting period, I had to call him on several occasions. If he didn't answer right away, he always got back to me later.
We are very pleased with the installation, and  would definitely recommend his services to others.
