"It has been some time since I had the work done. Rick and his crew arrived on time on 10/2019. It started to rain that morning but as soon as it slowed down, they started to remove the 4 unsightly hedges from the front of the house. They cleared out all the weeds that had grown between the driveway and a 100 foot retaining wall. Also the weeds above the retaining wall at the front corner of the house. There was an overgrown Magnolia tree, Rhododendron bush that was pruned and a sticker bush that I had cut down. The debris was cleared from the entire area. I had Rick return in 7/2020 to clear out the weeds again along the driveway and the front corner of the house. He sprayed the area for weeds, covered the entire areas completely with plastic and mulch. I was satisfied with the work that was done and would hire again."

"We engaged Better Living Patio and Sunrooms of Pittsburgh to transform our screened in porch into a four-season room. Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. "Dennis did an excellent and thorough job on our deck, and cleaning the patio and sidewalks. He was punctual, communicated timelines, and did a very professional job. He obviously takes pride in doing the job correctly, and does not cut any corners. The job took two and a half days -- one to power wash everything, half a day to tape and prep, and a third day to paint. I was concerned as i was changing the color of the deck from a dark red to a mid gray, but it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend."

I was originally thinking of doing a stamped concrete patio, but Joe actually talked me into a cheaper option (aggregate) based on feedback heâ d gotten from previous customers who couldnâ t properly use their patio furniture on top of stamped concrete. The whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish. All equipment, including a large dumpster, was dropped off and ready to go on their project start date. No extra work required on my part. This was my first big homeowner project so I donâ t have a lot of other experiences to compare it to, but the level of customer service received was exceptional and the quality of work seems relatively fair for the overall cost of the project. I admittedly rushed through my research on this project, so I donâ t know what other people will find. They also performed mulching as well as installed new landscaping to our front and back, replacing old overgrown shrubs.
