"We engaged Better Living Patio and Sunrooms of Pittsburgh to transform our screened in porch into a four-season room. Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. We planned to talk with them and visit through a window, since we are both at high risk for COVID due to cancer. I asked that the room be complete by Thanksgiving, but, as November dates became closer to the holiday, it appeared we would not meet the date. We love our new room! "We called Paul about replacing an old worn out awning, but were also looking for alternatives such as a retractable awning, but something more permanent.
Paul showed up in a pickup truck wearing work clothes. I was especially impressed since I wasn't looking for a suit and tie salesman who would send a wannabe installer out to do the job.
He suggested an insulated patio cover that would be a permanent installation, and showed me a sample that he had in his truck. He explained in detail how the installation would go, and I was very impressed. I especially liked the idea of not having to store our patio furniture every Fall.
He quoted us a price, and suggested that we check out his website, showing several of his installations. We liked what we saw, and gave him the order. After a short waiting period, he showed up with one other worker, and did the job in a very professional manner. During the waiting period, I had to call him on several occasions. If he didn't answer right away, he always got back to me later.
We are very pleased with the installation, and  would definitely recommend his services to others.

"Dennis did an excellent and thorough job on our deck, and cleaning the patio and sidewalks. He was punctual, communicated timelines, and did a very professional job. He obviously takes pride in doing the job correctly, and does not cut any corners. The job took two and a half days -- one to power wash everything, half a day to tape and prep, and a third day to paint. I was concerned as i was changing the color of the deck from a dark red to a mid gray, but it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend."

I admittedly rushed through my research on this project, so I donâ t know what other people will find.
