From the beginning, I felt comfortable. They explained everything, were more than open to additional phone calls to clarify any questions I had and gave me an estimate very quickly. While I knew the work would not be started for several months, I received weekly phone calls from Michele, so I felt informed the whole time. They even took care of the permit that was required, so I didn't have to do any paperwork, handle the fee or answer questions. Mike was great about getting the measurements and he let me know the work would not start until he made sure all of the pieces were available. Frank was super with the installation. He treated the entire project as if he were working on his own home. The payments were done over the duration of the project, so I didn't feel like I was handing over my money without anything in return. And the final payment was not due until I was satisfied with the work completed. The warranty provided on the materials was excellent. I'm happy I decided on Betterliving and have been enjoying my patio cover every chance I get! A long time dream is finally a reality."
