"Because our AC was not working and you guys were busy and our scheduled install date was a week away, John Yost had a service tech come the next day and try and fix or charge our old AC, It didn't work but that was very nice. Our new AC was installed by Greg or Craig (forgot his name). He did a great job. Then we had a heating flew problem that leaked water from a heater install from 2006. John another service tech came out at no charge to us and replaced the defective elbow. You guys are the best."

"Tim, Dan and team are great to work with. I had to replace two AC condensor units and a furnace. They priced competitively with others, the quality of work is very good and they made sure to clean up each day before they left.. They were very respectful when entering the house and made sure to keep us informed throughout the installation. "We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"
