"We called Paul about replacing an old worn out awning, but were also looking for alternatives such as a retractable awning, but something more permanent.
Paul showed up in a pickup truck wearing work clothes. I was especially impressed since I wasn't looking for a suit and tie salesman who would send a wannabe installer out to do the job.
He suggested an insulated patio cover that would be a permanent installation, and showed me a sample that he had in his truck. He explained in detail how the installation would go, and I was very impressed. I especially liked the idea of not having to store our patio furniture every Fall.
He quoted us a price, and suggested that we check out his website, showing several of his installations. We liked what we saw, and gave him the order. After a short waiting period, he showed up with one other worker, and did the job in a very professional manner. During the waiting period, I had to call him on several occasions. If he didn't answer right away, he always got back to me later.
We are very pleased with the installation, and  would definitely recommend his services to others.

"Ray and the entire team were excellent! I had previously received an estimate from another company, but they used subcontractors for the actual work and this concerned me. Another company came out and took measurements, but never gave me an estimate. I got the feeling the job was too big for them. They even took care of the permit that was required, so I didn't have to do any paperwork, handle the fee or answer questions. Mike was great about getting the measurements and he let me know the work would not start until he made sure all of the pieces were available. Frank was super with the installation. He treated the entire project as if he were working on his own home. The payments were done over the duration of the project, so I didn't feel like I was handing over my money without anything in return. And the final payment was not due until I was satisfied with the work completed. The warranty provided on the materials was excellent. I'm happy I decided on Betterliving and have been enjoying my patio cover every chance I get! A long time dream is finally a reality."

"Gray’s Landscaping came on September 8 . They literally transformed my yard . I had a large front area of unsightly tall weeds & it’s gone now . The side of my house had a chaotic mess of overgrown brush extending past my property, all gone now. They removed all the weeds from my brick patio , it’s so lovely now . My shed & outside propane tank is all clear now. And they cut back branches of my beautiful Sassafras tree from my gutter & give me a better view from my deck . The whole crew was so kind & friendly. "Dennis did an excellent and thorough job on our deck, and cleaning the patio and sidewalks. He was punctual, communicated timelines, and did a very professional job. He obviously takes pride in doing the job correctly, and does not cut any corners. The job took two and a half days -- one to power wash everything, half a day to tape and prep, and a third day to paint. I was concerned as i was changing the color of the deck from a dark red to a mid gray, but it turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend."
