He told me he would be back last year because the wood started to warp after a month of being up and he never came. I let it go because it was only a couple pieces but now the entire deck is separating. There are a ton of nails and screws the deck posts were pit directly into the ground instead of using sona tubes so it will surely rot a lot quicker if it was done the right way. Mind you this is someone I have known for years as well and does not stand behind his work and told me he spent enough time on it and will not fix it and doesn’t make the wood. Except if everything was plum etc. it wouldn’t be doing this."
