"The owner Andrei of Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding came out and I explained to him what happened and he said he needed to go up on the roof after I showed him in the house where it was leaking. Andrei asked me if I would go on the roof so he could show me what was wrong. Go to find out that the person that did our roof 6 years ago didn't do the flat roof correctly and didn't use the correct material. Andrei explained everything that he needed to do to fix the leak. I also asked Andrei to look at our chimney where we were told we needed the cement on the top of the chimney repaired and go to find out that it was cracked in 5 places along with flashing work they did that was not correctly installed. Andrei fixed the roof leak along with sealing the cement on the top of the chimney. I would recommend Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding to any one that needs there roof repaired or replaced."

The sales rep. and project manager carefully listened, and helped us decide on a roofing system that was right for our home. All materials were delivered on time, and before the project began, as promised. The supervisor arrived well before the roofing technicians. The lead technician, and technicians arrived on time, made the introductions, and immediately began the work. My home, and property were protected from the removal of roofing materials, at all times. There are often unforeseen issues that arise with construction projects, and I was consulted every step of the way, BEFORE any action was taken! My roof was completed on time. The technicians took pride in their craft, and their mastery was evident in the beauty of our new roof. The yard was left free of all roofing debris, it was if no one was ever there. "This company is outstanding. Besides all new Hardie board siding, we had a sunroom repair, a new asphalt shingle roof, and rain gutters installed. This family takes pride in their work and the crew worked hard every day until the job was done. They repaired a leak in a sunroom that 2 other contractors failed to fix. The crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of the property. We had several estimates for the work to be done. Porter wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. I liked their approach and I have learned that you get what you pay for. My only criticism is that a couple of things that I got charged extra for I had assumed was part of the estimate. Make sure you get every small detail in writing. Bottom line, would I hire this company again? Absolutely! Would I recommend them, without hesitation."
