When the water damaged occurred my husband and I met with numerous contractors. Steve from Milex was the 5th contractor we met and for the first time since the incident we felt a sense of hope. We were under a lot of stress not being able to live in our house and dealing with insurance. Steve was patience, understanding and had superior knowledge of the entire process. Steve also was honest with every aspect of the job and consistently provided us ideas and advice. Steve regularly checked in with us about the progress and in times of stress listened and addressed any concerns we had. The process was long and challenging for us but the progress and beautifully design of our house keep our spirits us. Along with Steve, all Milex's employees were professional and focused on getting the job done. The last couple weeks my husband and I moved back in and were around the workers on a daily basis. They were extremely considerate and respectful around us and our children. My husband and I couldn't express more how impressed we were with Milex. From the initial conversation to the last day of work we had an amazing experience. We are extremely happy with our house!! Thank you Milex!!

It really went great, Steve and Mike are true professionals! They did a fantastic job! Their crew was respectful, and one of them was always there working along with the crew. At one point I miscommunicated the vanity height. Knowing this would take them longer, they were more concerned with pleasing me and getting it right so I was happy. They went above and beyond! The bathroom is stunning! I also priced the job out to other contractors. Milex was by far the most reasonably priced. When it comes to bathroom and kitchen work, prices and quality can vary. I highly recommend giving Milex a call for any work!

This was our second project with Milex at the helm and work was done on time and on budget. Contractors were professional, Respectful and courteous. With a life in population they were able to work around the residents with little to no interruption . Their attention to detail and work ethic was awesome. I can honestly say I know every contractor by their first name because they were so very personable. When there were glitches in the flow they were open honest and corrective. In addition they were proactive about cost saving measures and longevity of work required.

From the kick off, Steve helped conceptualize what we could do to get everything we wanted out of the project, as we wanted to reconfigure the room completely. He accommodated everything we wanted and it came great. Everyone who worked on the project were really friendly and trustworthy, which is super important for me in a contractor.

The Milex team provided an initial at home consultation where we discussed our objectives, design style and preferences and budget. They came back with a comprehensive plan and proposal from which we built on. We were able to finalize the plan within a few weeks. The demo started in March 2017 and the whole project was completed by June 2017. Throughout the project the Milex team kept us informed of updates and progress, and consistently accommodated small updates and changes to the project scope that we incorporated. Because we were living in the home at the time of the renovation, their team was highly sensitive to our needs in providing us basic functionality throughout the first floor as much as possible. The Milex team worked tirelessly to get the project completed as quickly as possible and even through manpower challenges worked evenings and weekends to complete the project as close to the initial promise date as possible. From Initial design and walkthrough to project completion the Milex team made us feel as though our project was a top priority and we look forward to our next renovation with them very soon.
