We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. "I reached Out to Mr. Alonzo on January 24th and he responded almost immediately that evening.He came out and inspected the project the following Friday morning and i had a quote that afternoon. Considering the work needed and the fact that it was a pick up of an already started project he was very detailed on the expectations and costs. His first crew was there the following Tuesday and i could immediately tell that Mr. Alonzos' people were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Within a week i was ready for paint in both rooms and i was extremely satisfied in the work his finisher Manuel was able to accomplish considering the deformations in the structure.
