"We came home from an outing on a Sunday night and found our air conditioner not working. I found John Mullen on Angie's list and liked the reviews. I contacted John and he asked me about my schedule on Monday. He fit us in on Monday morning. I wasn't home but my wife was. She said that John was so nice that she assumed that he was a friend of mine. I told her that I never met him before. He fixed the air conditioner and I am relieved that it didn't cost us a ton and we avoided 85 degree heat with an air conditioner. I would use John again. He was dependable, came out with in 12 hours of being called, and my wife does not always comment on how nice someone is unless it is absolutely true. Thumbs up for John Mullen, I have just found a go to guy for everything!"

"Water had been pooling in front of my garage by the storm drain.  I called and they were able to come out the same day.  The service technician confirmed that the drain was blocked by ice and that the water would eventually stop pooling when the ground/ice finally thawed after the long cold winter we had experienced.  Weeks later it thawed out.
The technician was polite and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company and have continued to use them.
