Calling Luke was the best choice I could have made, they came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. After explaining in detail what was happening and why the new part was ordered, after installing it the furnace runs like the first day it was put in. These guys made me feel like I wasnâ t a customer but a friend they were helping out, very personable and professional! I canâ t say enough how great of an experience it was! Will definitely be using them in the future!

Absolute PROFESSIONAL!!!! With in a day of of calling Luke (the owner) and another service technician showed up to service my furnace. Ultimately the piece that needed replaced had to be ordered but Luke was able to get it overnightedand and personally came back the next day to install it and get out furnace back up and running. Luke was ontime each day, was respectful of my house, and was nothing but a true professional! I would recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

L Cipriani has been my go-to HVAC company for years. They have done repairs and replacements on my rentals as well as my personal residence and they have always been extremely honest and performed work proficiently and timely. Luke and his team offer excellent customer service. Having Luke and Brett at my house is always pleasant and I know that once the job is done I will be pleased.

First off this company actually took the time to look at my project. They were responsive. They offered multiple options within my budget. We had a conversation regarding my landscaping and unit location options before the job started. Luke made me feel like part of the project. Brett did a phenomenal job with all of the piping and wiring. It was a clean install. Plus, they love dogs! I did receive bids from other contractors. Some higher and some lower. Most just threw out a number without even coming to my home. Most bids were considerably high. They would say that they know the neighborhood or would look up the house in Google maps. A few never returned my calls. I'm not going to give my hard earned money to a company who doesn't know what they are selling and who are not willing to give me their time. L. Cipriani is the way to go...It's a company that cares!
