They were able to schedule the work during winter while there wasn't much snow, and I found the crew to be communicative, conscientious, thorough, and friendly. It took a while for the weather to allow them to send the stump grinder back to finish the job, but that work was also done thoroughly by a friendly, attentive worker. While the tree was removed quickly I have been waiting over two months to get the stump removed. When I call I just get excuses that the stump removal equipment is broken. No one will talk to me but the receptionist. Very frustrating."
