The crew was very efficient and hard working - we even had many neighbors comment as they watched when walking past the house - how impressive they were. Our one large tree was able to be reached with the bucket, but our other tree they had to manually climb. They were all respectful of not only us, but our property. "I had a tree removed after a storm knocked it over. I contracted and paid to have the stump removed as well. While the tree was removed quickly I have been waiting over two months to get the stump removed. When I call I just get excuses that the stump removal equipment is broken. No one will talk to me but the receptionist. Very frustrating."
