Goods Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

I recently had Good's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling install a new high-efficiency air conditioner and furnace. The installation process went smoothly from start to finish. The team arrived on time, were very professional, and worked efficiently. They made sure everything was installed correctly and kept the work area clean and organized throughout the process. After the installation, they took the time to provide thorough training on the new system, explaining how to use the Ion connected thermostat and all the features of the high-efficiency units. This training was incredibly helpful and made me feel confident in using the new equipment. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the work performed by Good's Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service were top-notch. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC services.

Goods came out and installed a reciprocating pump on 06/19/19 costing us $500. It shut down on 11/29/21. Called them and they came out, said it was a defective pump, and replaced a part. It shut down again on 12/27/22. Called them again and they said they would look into getting us a new pump. They called back on 1/23/23 and said they weren't going to do anything about it because the warranty was up. They would however install a good pump that worked for another $300 to $600. We certainly do not have money for another pump after paying $500 for this one. We were assured by many that these pumps last for 10 to 15 years with no maintenance. This company is not reputable. We trusted them with our $500 to supply us with a pump that worked and they gave us a defective pump that doesn't work now at all. Please do not use this company as they cannot be trusted. Apparently their customers satisfaction means nothing to them, however they will be glad to take your money. Don't take a chance. I see the last reviews were from 5 or more years ago so apparently the company has gone downhill since then.

I called them on a Saturday, but they don't work on Saturday's, instead they called me at 8:00 AM Monday morning and told me that they could do the work for me and will be here at 9:00 to 11:00 AM, and they actually came quickly, and they kept their word, they were here when they said they would, when they checked underneath the kitchen sink, aside form the pipe leakage, they also found out that the valve was also not working properly and was leaking as well and so, he also fixed the valve and for that extra work they didn't charge me extra, the work was efficient and very pleasant, I would highly recommend them.

I had needed many plumbing repairs, listed in the description above, according to the house inspector which were needed to sell my mother's house. Since we had a cash offer, the work needed completed immediately. Since we had Good's Plumbing recently do the AC in this house, I had called them again and explained my dilemma. Chad Good had come out right away to give me an idea of how long it might take and the cost. They started work soon after and I was amazed that they were able to complete such a lengthy list of repairs in such a short amount of time! I was thrilled, after their camera inspection, that the sewer line was able to be sleeved instead of dug up especially since it was an omnistone driveway! I can't thank Good's Plumbing & Heating enough for going above and beyond to complete these repairs! I still am in awe of what they had accomplished and if it wasn't for them, the sale of the house wouldn't have gone through. Closing was less than a week after work was completed. Thank you again!

This is the second time that Chad has done work at my place and just as I expected, perfect....!

Called them up on a Saturday morning and expected not to have this fixed until Monday. On call tech answered and gave me a time when they would be there. Tech showed up early and had everything fixed. We had cold air in a couple of hours!

Technician cleaned, repaired and tested assembly; did neat and competent job. However, he was instructed by phone by his boss that he had spent too much time and was to add additional charge to bill.

Very accurate damage location - smooth excavation - quality operators. Business owner on job site both days - answered all of my questions in detail. I was shown all areas of damage found, and then shown all repairs made before they covered them. Operators were very professional, personable and polite. I would highly recommend Good's Plumbing to anyone in need.

The work was done quickly and flawlessly

I would use them again if needed. However, they were sent out by my home warranty company.

Everything went well. Bob was polite, competent, and cleaned up before he left. He communicated the entire time he was here so that I knew what was happening. Goods will be the 1st place I call next time I need a plumber.

My problem started on a Sunday morning when my laundry room was flooded from a drain backup after doing a load of wash, I had used Goods plumbing before, called their emergency number, even though the problem did not need immediate attention, and they called the next morning about 7:30 stating they would have someone there between 8 and 8:30am. Got a call shortly there after from the plumber who was at my house by shortly after 8:00. He snaked the drains and got them running within less then 2 hours. The plumber, John I think was his name, did a great job, explained what went wrong, cleaned up better than when he arrived and I was pleased.

I have had contact with the owner of the company. We have reconciled the issues. He has provided a refund of the overcharge.

Jim came out to check our furnace and realize that we needed a new one. He measured it up and ordered me a new furnace. The following jim and Nick shoed up on time and got straight to work on taking out the old furnace and installing a new energy efficient one. Wouldnt even break for lunch. Very knowledgable, polite and down to earth guys. Goods plumbing you should be very proud to have such great employees. Anyone needing plumbing or heating should call you. Jim and Nick cleaned up everything and made sure everything was working properly and explained the new furnace to me. Couldn't be happier.. Outstanding job! Thank you!
