It went great. My unit was fairly old, so they tried fixing it, but in the end it was just too old. They came back out to look at it and I asked for an estimate on a replacement. I was happy with the price they quoted, so we moved forward and 3 days later they installed the new unit. I'm so happy to have cool air again. They were quick, efficient and very professional. Will use them again.

He came the day we called. He was very pleasant and found out the problem quickly. We only needed a new electrical box, and not a new air conditioner. We would definitely hire him in the future if we need new air conditioner or heating.

Absolutely great service! My furnace broke down on a Saturday. Kad responded right away to my request for an emergency furnace repair. The repairman was very polite and professional. But most importantly, he was honest about the issue. No major repairs were needed. It was a small simple fix and he was honest about it. He also gave us the head up that our furnace was on it's last leg. This was true since it's over 30 years old. Having a repair person from Kad Heating and Cooling was such a great experience that my husband and I are considering using Kad to install a new Heating / AC Unit this spring. My husband and I highly recommend them.
