"Amazing group of repair professionals. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman Pittsburgh East. The deck on my house needed to be replaced. Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. But Rick worked with me, adjusting the materials and the design and making suggestions to help me make it happen! The deck was completed yesterday and I couldn't be happier. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Gino @ Redline did several repair and upkeep jobs for us, including installing a new kitchen faucet, replacing the ballcock in the toilet tank, installing a new door knob, among other help. He was professional, reliable, courteous, got the jobs done. He even went above and beyond when we had issues with a fridge install (different company): he came back free of charge to help us move our heavy kitchen island to make space for moving the fridge. We offered a tip, but he declined that, too. To top it off, he told us to call him when it's time to move the island back. I highly recommend him."

"It went well.  The owner and the plaster were both good to work with.  The repairs/patches are 'patches', but no one is likely to notice but me.  Would have liked them to look perfect, but I don't know that this is realistic/possible. They kept the dust out of the house with floor to ceiling plastic, which was greatly appreciated. "

It is both functionally sound (with a heater, fan and windows) and aesthetically pleasing (it matches the architecture of the rest of our house).
