He worked with us on budget and there were no surprises on the final cost of the project. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."

"The crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. The real test for this repair will be when it rains later this week and there is no more leak. I would recommend A + for your future projects."
