Sacramento Contracting

We hired Sacramento contracting to open up our cable vents and install vent pipes leading from the two bathrooms on the second floor through the roof to the outside. They did an outstanding job and were very meticulous about their work.

They gave their honest opinion, didn’t try to upsell me, and fixed my issue that day.

Everything was fine with the work and the cost. They were efficient and performed the work quickly.

I had a new composite (shingle) roof installed. Estimate was given promptly and ended up being the total price. After project award, I was kept informed of project status and could reach the project manager with any questions that I had. They are a smaller sized family run company, but with plenty of experience. They were willing to listen to my needs and incorporate them into the work. The work was performed by Sacramento without subcontractors. It was completed in a timely manner and without interruption once it began. Site was left clean. Perimeter, chimney and penetration flashing was also performed. Craftmanship is excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Sacramento Contracting is diligent and dependable. Dean and Neal were organized and remained focused. Our roof was completed during the timeframe initially quoted. They were conscientious as well as considerate of our grandchildren while completing superior work on our roof. This was evident by the time taken to arrange materials and clean up to ensure safety of our family. After the April storm, they immediately returned our phone call to meet personally. They returned our phone call on the 4th of July and said they be here the next day to look at the roof and they did. They called with a quote and said they will be here in next day to fix the roof and they did. They repaired the roof and were very thorough we are very pleased with Sacramento and have confidence in recommending them.

Dean and his brother were a pleasure to work with and I can’t say enough good things about Sacramento Contracting. Our roof had some missing shingles from high wind storm. Dean answered his cell phone on a Sunday, scheduled to come out the next morning and was prompt to fix our roof before it rained. The service was excellent from the start. After strong winds blew a number of shingles off of our roof, I asked several friends who lived in the area if they knew a good roofer. Without hesitation, all 3 of them recommended Dean Sacramento to me and boy am I glad that they did! Dean not only did an excellent job fixing my roof, but he went the extra mile in so many ways. Dean took the time and effort to locate the exact brand and color shingles I needed to match my existing roof. Additionally, since the shingles had to be ordered and wouldn’t be in for 10 days, Dean was concerned that the winter weather may cause some leaks where the shingles were missing. Without charging me, Dean put a barrier up on my roof to protect the space that was missing shingles so that I didn’t have any problems in the meantime. As soon as the new shingles were delivered, Dean was there promptly to install them, and all of the work was completed for a really good price. I sincerely could not have asked for a better experience with Dean! I would recommend him a thousand times over and understand why he unequivocally was the roofer that all 3 of my friends recommended to me. Great service, great job, great guy!

Sacramento Contracting came out to look at a leak in the roof. They did a thorough job looking over everything & provided pictures of where the problem was.
