Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. "I hired Jack and crew to replace a portion of my deck. For a nominal fee, Jack came out, evaluated my deck and gave me an estimate. The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. Jack is very attentive to details, communicative, and was happy to explain what they were doing during the process. The craftsmanship was top-notch. "Great! The crew arrived on time both days, completed the work with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, AND completed on-schedule! It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch. They were careful of brickwork, landscaping and cleaned up after themselves, Overall, they did a fantastic job. Looking forward to many nice days on the porch this summer."
