Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. "I've used Jack in the past for minor repairs and restaining. When I noticed multiple rotting boards on the deck, I contacted Jack to see about re-skinning the deck. Jack came out in December with his team and spent a couple days replacing all the boards and beefing up some of the support beams. Jack always does an excellent job and is reasonable with his prices. I'll be using him again in the spring/summer to stain the new boards."

"Excellent ... Robert promptly came over and provided a reasonable quote to plaster the kitchen ceiling due to an upstairs bathroom leak that resulted in the plumbers knocking it out. Since this is an older home the plaster needed to have a swirl pattern. I also mentioned painting was needed for the fix and Robert brought in his son who does painting. After discussions, I decided to also have the kitchen walls, chair rails, baseboards, and basement stair walls painted. This price too was reasonable. An appointment was made for a week later for the plaster work and the painting a week after that. Robert and his son and the 2 helpers finished the job promptly and professionally. The plaster with the swirl pattern blended in with the rest of the kitchen ceiling nicely."

"Zach is a hardworking and honest contractor. He replaced some leaking skylights, and repaired a section of roof that was leaking around another. He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. Of note, he also knows his limitations and did not attempt to work on a larger flat roof and gave me some recommendations for someone to call for that. Much better than working on it and having a bad outcome down the road. I appreciated this honesty."

"The crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well.
